- I have combined this painting blog with my writing blog, so that it appears I have more to say. Although I have no formal art education, I strive to continue my developement as an artist and a person each time I sit down with my brushes. My art is my therapy, allowing me to unravel my innermost fears and joys whilst displaying all the angels and demons that inhabit my imagination. Any constructive comments or critiques are appreciated.

hi. nice composition. good job with the clouds, though they look a little two-dimensional, like they're painted on a wall, because the lighting is a little contradicting. also, try not to create an 'outline' of the figure as it makes the figure look two-dimensional and 'flat' too.
